"I own a 2006 Maxum SR3 1800 that was spurchsed via Ship Wreck Marine from Edmonton AB, it developed problems within its first 9 hrs of operation it wa sent back and returned to leave me stranded on the Mackenzie River , Conversations to Shipwreck Marine were deflected and service was demonstrated as per the results. I approached Jason Clarke at Force One Marine in Yellowknife late 2009 regarding another issue with my boat , he clearly demonstrated more professionalism and integrity in the first 5 mins of his conversation than the past years of service from a much larger dealership in the South , Throughout the process of having my unit looked at and repaired Jason was courteous , professional and never mislead his customer in any way he kept myself informed of the work that was going to be done and completed and took the time to update and followup via emails and phone calls to ensure a consistent flow of information and that the customer was kept abreast to what was happening till the boat was received back .
